Your Garage Wasn’t Built to Be a Storage Unit

For most North Texas families, the garage stopped being a garage years ago. Kids’ bikes, holiday boxes, that treadmill from 2019, a workbench buried under the stuff that was supposed to go on it. The cars live in the driveway because there’s no room inside — and every time you walk past, it’s one more thing on the mental list you’ll “get to this weekend.”

We get to it this weekend. A full Amazing Glaze cleanout is a single-day project that ends with a swept, empty slab and a clear plan for what’s next.

What a Cleanout Includes

• Walk-through and quote. We look at the garage with you, agree on what’s leaving, and give you a flat price before any work starts.
• Sort and stage. Everything comes out. Items get grouped — keep, donate, sell, trash — based on your call.
• Haul and dispose. We take the trash and donations off your property the same day. Dump fees are included; no separate bill.
• Sweep and pressure wash (optional). Floor cleared and prepped so you can see what you actually have — and decide if a coating is next.
• Storage planning (optional). If you’re keeping a lot of what came out, we walk through cabinet, shelving, and overhead rack options that fit your space.

The Best Time to Cleanout? Right Before a New Floor.

If a new epoxy or metallic floor is on your wish list, a cleanout is the natural first step — and we can roll straight into the coating without you ever lifting a box twice. Many of our customers do the whole transformation as one project: cleanout day, then grinding and coating over the next 1–2 days, then storage installed on top of the cured floor. One crew, one quote, one weekend.

A Few Things We Can’t Take

To keep pricing straight and our crew safe, we don’t haul hazardous waste — old paint, motor oil, pesticides, propane tanks, batteries, or tires. We’ll set those aside, point you to the right local drop-off, and clear everything else.
